Check-in is contactless. We will send you an information text message once your reservation is confirmed. Please place all trash in bags and leave them at the entrance of the alley before checking out. Please note that there are stairs on the way to the property; keep this in mind if you are bringing large suitcases. [Assistance is available upon request ^_^] [Notice Regarding Damage] - Compensation may be claimed for any irreparable damage (including appliances, furniture, bedding, wallpaper, and flooring). - If toilets or drains become clogged due to food waste (oil) or foreign objects, the actual cost of calling a repair technician will be charged to you. To ensure a pleasant stay, please separate food waste from other trash and dispose of them in the trash bins! - Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors; please use the outdoor area. - Please gather all trash accumulated during your stay and leave it at the entrance of the alley :) - This space is managed with great care by the host. Please treat the property as if it were your own, keep it clean, and return all items to their original places. - We would appreciate it if you could turn off the lights and save energy upon checkout ^_^
All utilities are included in the management fee. However, additional charges may be requested in the event of excessive usage.
I was worried because you were the first guest, but you took such good care of us. I was touched that you waited to help us with our luggage when we arrived. It must have been cold in the evening~~ We were late because it was our first time, so we couldn't meet. You answered all our questions right away by phone or text. It was a place that suited us well, as we had our dog with us. Oh! You even gave us strawberries! My mom was touched because it was the first time a host had left strawberries at the door, even though she's been to many places. I guess we're weak when it comes to food, haha. It's always a hassle to find a place that allows pets, and I have so many things to worry about, but anyway, thank you so much!!!! Please take good care of us next time too!!!!
