Short-term rentals are non-face-to-face contracts. Inquiries about viewing before signing a contract will not be answered.

One double mattress, one single mattress, and one single sofa bed are provided. As this is a space rental, not an accommodation business, amenities and bedding (duvets, pillows, etc.) cannot be provided. The property is currently for sale, so it must be shown to potential buyers by the real estate agent even when you are not present. Therefore, you must share your password, and valuables cannot be brought in upon move-in. Due to the ongoing sale, long-term bookings are not possible for this short-term rental. ○○○ We understand that as we operate this short-term rental, our conditions may inevitably become stricter over time. ㅠ○○○ There is no limit on the number of guests, but please note that in case of neighbor complaints due to noise, etc., you will be asked to vacate immediately, and the deposit will not be refunded. Excessive use of electricity and gas will result in additional charges upon check-out. (Based on the building's average usage during the relevant period) Upon check-out, if cleaning is confirmed to be complete (in the same condition as the initial state), a cleaning fee of 30,000 KRW will be refunded. If any damage or defacement to existing fixtures and facilities (wallpaper, floor) is found, the deposit refund will be refused, and additional compensation for damages will be claimed.

The transportation was good, the surrounding commercial area was good, and the traditional market was close, so it was good. There was no noise between floors and it was quiet, so I had a good stay.
