The landlord is kind and responds right away. ^^
The house is clean and nice! It has most of the furniture, so I had a comfortable stay. The boiler works well, so the house is warm. If you have any questions for the host, they respond immediately. The building managers are also kind and friendly. There's a large supermarket right in front that's open 365 days a year, and it sells most things. However, the windows are very close to another building, so no light comes in. Especially in the bedroom, it gets bright when the lights are turned on in the adjacent building. Also, the downstairs neighbors are very noisy and stay noisy late into the night. I mentioned this to the manager again when I checked out, so there's a possibility it will be resolved.
The interior was pretty and clean. The hot water worked well and the room was warm. However, since it was a villa, the soundproofing wasn't great at night.
