This building is 2 years old. It's relatively in good condition because it's been kept clean. Gangnam is directly accessible by public transportation, and it's a 10-minute walk to Line 7. The Han River is within a 5-minute walk, so the living environment is excellent. There is one queen-size bed and one single bed. You can use two bedrooms: one with a queen bed and one with a single bed. There's also a small but reasonably priced newly opened gym nearby that's great!

All utility fees are included in the maintenance fee.
