If you overuse the included items, additional management fees may be requested. (In particular, if the summer electricity bill exceeds 100,000 won per month, the additional amount will be settled later.) Tax invoices can be issued (please inquire individually for details).
The location was convenient for getting around, and the place was clean and tidy, making my stay very comfortable. There were plenty of amenities and restaurants nearby, which made daily life easy, and I was pleased with how quiet and well-maintained the accommodation was. The host was always kind and quick to respond, so overall, I had a wonderful stay without any issues :)
I stayed here for four weeks and felt even more comfortable than I do at home. The location was excellent, and the accommodation was fantastic—as expected of a new building—plus the valet service made things really convenient. I’ll definitely be back next summer vacation.
