** Check-in 15:00 (3 PM) / Check-out 11:00 (11 AM) ** - Check-in is contactless. - Detailed instructions for use will be sent via text message on the day of check-in/check-out. - Please bring your own personal hygiene products and disposable items in addition to the items listed in the app. - For other inquiries, please contact the host via text message. We will reply as soon as possible.
- Up to 3 people can stay. Please inquire in advance for additional guests. - Smoking and pets are not allowed indoors. - No moving in. - Please refrain from excessive noise after 9 PM. - In case of complaints, severe contamination, or damage, additional charges may apply. - The recycling area is on the B1 floor (please separate recyclables and dispose of food waste when checking out). *Please use the space courteously, as if it were your own home~😊
- All utility bills are included in the management fee. - However, if you use excessive electricity/heating/water, you may be asked to pay an additional fee after check-out.
