- After the contract is confirmed, we will provide you with the front door password on the day of check-in. (Check-in 13:00, Check-out 11:00) - Please clean and tidy up the room yourself when checking in and out. (Cleaning fee will be refunded after checking the cleaning) - During periods of high humidity, such as spring and summer, it is recommended to regularly operate the dehumidifier and air purifier. * Not allowed: Gatherings and events, smoking, moving registration
- There is no separate laundry facility, but you can use the laundromat a 2-minute walk away. - Compensation will be claimed if bedding is stained with food or blood, or if appliances and items are damaged. - If problems arise due to issues with separate waste disposal or non-cooperation with instructions upon check-out, a small cleaning fee may be added (deducted from the deposit). - Hongneung Park and Dongdaemun-gu Information Library are right behind the house, providing a good environment for walks or quiet study. - There are many restaurants within a 3-4 minute walk (around Kyung Hee University). - The front of the house is the entrance to two elementary schools (Hongneung Elementary, Samyuk Elementary), so public CCTV is well-installed.
If you use more utilities than the amount paid in advance for the management fee, you will be charged an additional fee. Basic management fee Winter season (Nov-Mar): 80,000 won (1 week) Summer season (Apr-Oct): 60,000 won (1 week)
The host is kind. The location is also very close to KAIST. It wasn't uncomfortable to stay alone.
