The accommodation is located a 1-minute walk from the bus stop. If you use a private car, parking is available in front of the house, and we will inform you separately.
Move-in is contactless. Upon completion of the contract, we will inform you of the parking and move-in instructions via text message. Smoking is allowed indoors, but pets are not allowed.
It is within walking distance of the nearby Deuran-gil Food Street. It is 5-10 minutes by bus to Suseongmot Lake. You can walk, jog, or ride a bike along the Sincheon Riverside Road for 3 minutes. It is within 10 minutes by car to Dongseong-ro, Kim Gwang-seok Street, and Samdeok restaurants. You can travel to nearby Suseongmot Lake by bus in 5-10 minutes.
All utility fees are included in the maintenance fee.
First of all, the host is really kind. Parking is the biggest problem everywhere in the world, but it's great that parking is convenient here. I could park and leave anytime, 24 hours a day. The house is spacious, clean, and pleasant. The water pressure is strong, so the water flows well. There were two of everything, including air conditioners, fans, and hair dryers, so even with multiple people, we could use them without any inconvenience. I was on a business trip, and due to unavoidable circumstances, I had to work at the accommodation. I apologize for the noise I must have made all night, but I am also grateful. I am 99% likely to revisit this accommodation. The reason it's not 100% is that the stairs to the second floor are a bit high. We had a lot of luggage and had to keep moving it even in the dark, so that was a slight drawback, but if you don't have a lot of luggage, it probably won't matter at all! I had a good stay, thank you.
