When the schedule for our home interior renovation was finalized, we suddenly found ourselves needing to find temporary accommodation. My husband and I urgently looked for a place to stay for nearly a month and a half. After comparing various options, we ultimately decided on this place, and to start with the conclusion: we made an excellent choice. The most satisfying aspect was, without a doubt, the location. Seryu Station is just a short walk away, making transportation incredibly convenient. The neighborhood is also well-equipped with amenities, so we experienced absolutely no inconvenience in our daily lives. Since it is a studio apartment, I was worried about how two people would manage living there. However, after actually living there, I found the layout to be very practical, and there was more storage space than I expected, so it wasn't uncomfortable at all. While we did minimize our belongings before moving in, I also felt that the space itself was designed very efficiently. Regarding soundproofing, it is difficult to say that noise is completely blocked out, but we were lucky enough to have great neighbors who made up for it. Everyone living there was quiet and considerate, so we barely noticed the noise between floors or from the hallway—issues that commonly arise in shared housing. Also, the host was always so kind!! Thank you so much for responding quickly whenever any issues came up. ❤️ It would be truly difficult to find this level of quality for the price in this neighborhood and under these conditions. At first, I wondered if the price was correct, but after actually living there, I found myself wondering if it was even possible to get such a place for this price!! When the construction was finished and we returned to our original home, both my husband and I felt a sense of regret leaving. That is how comfortably and conveniently we lived there. I sincerely recommend this place to anyone looking for temporary accommodation due to interior renovations, gaps between moving dates, or short-term business trips. ❤️❤️
