It is located a 15-minute walk from Seobu Bus Terminal Station. There is a bus stop for bus 805 in front of the house.

- Electricity, water, and gas utility fees are included in the management fee, but additional management fees may be requested if usage is excessive. *The management fee has been increased due to increased air conditioner usage during the summer season.
The room is clean and nice, too.
They kept the space tidy throughout the lease period and demonstrated excellent conduct. Communication was smooth whenever necessary, and I appreciated how well they organized the space upon moving out. I highly recommend them as a reliable tenant.
