- Check-in and check-out are conducted via a contactless process. - Indoor smoking and pets are strictly prohibited (violations will result in a penalty fee of 200,000 KRW for cleaning and immediate eviction). - Check-in: 1:00 AM / Check-out: 3:00 PM (24-hour check-in/check-out may be available depending on circumstances). - Other matters will be determined through mutual agreement.
- Once the booking is confirmed, we will send you a guide on move-in and usage instructions via text message or KakaoTalk. - Emergency food (instant rice, ramen, etc.) and bottled water (1000ml, 500ml, 300ml) are provided; please replenish any items you consume. - Extensions to your stay may be arranged upon consultation, depending on availability. (An additional 1–2 days of stay may be possible, subject to the cleaning service's schedule, such as on public holidays.)
- Price includes all utilities - Standard waste bags and food waste disposal cards provided - 1st-floor facilities: General waste area (10 bags provided), recycling area, and food waste bins (unit-specific cards required)
I booked this place on short notice, but it turned out to be a truly luxurious experience. First of all, the view is simply breathtaking. Enjoying toast and coffee while gazing at the ocean in the morning makes it feel just like a brunch café. Since it faces the Gwangan Bridge directly, the sight of the bridge lighting up in various colors at night is spectacular. You can even watch the drone show right from the comfort of the room on weekends. The place was spotless and fully equipped with everything I needed, making the stay very convenient; the cleanliness made me feel right at home. There is also a security guard who manages parking, so you can park safely. The host was incredibly kind, too—not only did they provide detailed instructions, but they also showed genuine concern when we arrived in a rush, urging us to get inside and rest because of the heat. I definitely plan to stay here again whenever I visit Busan. I had a wonderful time resting and enjoying my stay. Thank you!
