I gave it one star only because there is no option for zero stars. The hygiene was terrible. Given the remote location, a water purifier seems essential, but it appears they didn't install one to avoid the recurring costs. There was a bathtub, so I tried to use it, but there was no drain plug; when I inquired about it, I was told the bathtub isn't actually for use... On the third day, we ran out of the provided towels, so I tried to wash them, but the washing machine was broken. I asked for help, but received no response... The showerhead was also damaged, causing water to leak out the sides... The water only came out lukewarm, making it extremely uncomfortable to wash up. I have absolutely no intention of visiting again. Finally, the actual place looks nothing like the photos... There are countless things here that need repair... It seems like many foreigners visit here, and it is truly embarrassing.
