There is a bus stop within a 2-minute walk, so please feel free to visit even if you are traveling to Gwangju by public transport. Just a 5–10 minute drive from Suwan District, Sangmu District, and Hanam Industrial Complex! The Sinchang-dong Food Alley is nearby, making it very convenient to get around. It is also close to Damyang and Jangseong.
We will provide the detailed address and check-in instructions once the booking is confirmed. - Accommodates up to 4 people! Includes 1 large bedroom, a combined living room and kitchen, a bathroom, a balcony, and built-in storage space inside the large bedroom. (Please note: The small room next to the bathroom is currently being used as a storage room and is unavailable for use during your stay.) - All household items shown in the photos are available for use. - Please bring your own bedding, towels, and dish sponges. - A digital door lock is installed at the main entrance, and CCTV cameras are installed both inside and outside the building.
- There is a convenience store within a 30-second walk. - Smart TV (YouTube streaming, Netflix (login not provided), and cable TV are available). Comic books and board games to help you take a mental break, as well as a party projector, are provided. 💕Available comic books: Boys Over Flowers, Cat Street, Hello Jadoo, Love Alarm (Vol. 1-3), etc.💕 - Interior decor and furniture are subject to change, excluding standard amenities.
Charges for items not included in the management fee will be calculated and billed upon check-out. (No charges for electricity, water, or gas for 1-week contracts; charges are calculated on a daily basis for contracts longer than 1 week.) However, additional management fees may be charged in the event of excessive usage of included items.
It was a spacious and pleasant space.
It was nice and tidy. The surrounding area is a residential neighborhood, so it was quiet, but there's a street full of restaurants just a short walk away—perfect for taking a stroll, hanging out, and grabbing a bite to eat! 😀
