I stayed here for about a month and was generally very satisfied with the experience. Parking is on a first-come, first-served basis rather than being a designated resident-priority zone, which is typical for this type of multi-unit villa. My husband and I were able to park both of our cars, though not directly in front of the house; we had to park in a nearby alley and walk a short distance. However, a resident living upstairs kindly explained the parking situation and even moved their car elsewhere during our stay to make things more convenient for us. There were open spaces between the designated resident parking spots that we could utilize. Although it is a semi-basement unit, it is situated on a hill, so the structure allows for windows on one side. The bedroom, in particular, had a window, making the space more pleasant than expected. A dehumidifier ran 24 hours a day to mitigate the typical downsides of a semi-basement, and an air conditioner was also installed, so managing humidity wasn't an issue. The unit is also equipped with a compact washing machine and a small refrigerator. While they might feel a bit small for a family of four, daily life shouldn't be too inconvenient if you do laundry frequently and make good use of delivery services like Coupang. Overall, the place was well-equipped with the essentials for a short-term stay, and it was impressive to see how well-maintained it was. The neighbors were friendly, too, making for a comfortable month-long stay.
Although it is a semi-basement unit, there is one small window in the room. It is completely dark even during the day unless the fluorescent lights are turned on. The washing machine is not a front-loader as shown in the photo; instead, it is a small top-loader intended for washing baby clothes or undergarments. Consequently, I ended up using a nearby laundromat. The sink drain was broken from the very first day, and it hasn't been fixed for a whole month. While parking is advertised as available, it is practically impossible to use. There are no spare parking spaces, as the existing tenants are already occupying them. However, one advantage is that pets are allowed.
