    Although it is a semi-basement unit, there is one small window in the room. It is completely dark even during the day unless the fluorescent lights are turned on. The washing machine is not a front-loader as shown in the photo; instead, it is a small top-loader intended for washing baby clothes or undergarments. Consequently, I ended up using a nearby laundromat. The sink drain was broken from the very first day, and it hasn't been fixed for a whole month. While parking is advertised as available, it is practically impossible to use. There are no spare parking spaces, as the existing tenants are already occupying them. However, one advantage is that pets are allowed.
