The surrounding transportation is convenient, making it easy to get around. It is located near Gyeongdong Market, supermarkets, universities (Korea University, University of Seoul, etc.), and various convenience facilities (Starbucks, Daiso, banks, etc.), so you can live conveniently with well-established living facilities and overall infrastructure.

I had a great stay for a month! I chose this place because the location and price were ideal for a temporary stay, and it worked out perfectly for my frequent outings while exploring Seoul. Most of the existing residents are men, and the atmosphere is quiet. I stayed in a room with an exterior window. It was equipped with a mini-fridge, bed, TV, power strip, blackout curtains, hangers/clothing rack, and a wall mirror. When the weather got hot, I used the fan and the air purifier/dehumidifier. The accommodation occupies the entire third floor, and the rooftop is accessible. There is no elevator. Many residents smoke. Designated smoking areas are on the rooftop and the stairwell leading to it; however, if someone has just smoked, the smell of cigarette smoke can linger on the stairs leading up to the entrance. The location was excellent. Being right next to Cheongnyangni Station made it a convenient base for traveling around Seoul, especially since I went out frequently. Local amenities are also great. Gyeongdong Market, a large supermarket, Daiso, Olive Young, a coin laundry, and a public bathhouse are all within a 10-minute walk. I traveled light, but I was able to easily purchase all the daily necessities and access the facilities I needed.
