"Asan Tangjeong The Praha," a brand-new hot spring facility, has opened on the first floor. You will also find a coffee shop, restaurants, and a convenience store on-site. The surrounding walking paths are flat and perfect for jogging. Tangjeong Onsaem Library and sports facilities are just a five-minute walk away, and the parking area is spacious and convenient. Recommended nearby attractions include Mediterranean Village, Ginkgo Tree Road, and Hyeonchungsa Shrine; all are within a 10-minute drive.
All utility charges are included in the management fee. Additional management fees may be charged in the event of excessive usage. A separate cleaning fee of 100,000 KRW applies if a pet is kept.

We had a wonderful stay here for a month. It offers a spacious layout and an open view—perfect for a family of four adults—so it never felt cramped, and the accommodation was fully equipped with everything we needed. It features a large parking area and is conveniently located for easy access to Cheonan, Gyeonggi-do, and Seoul. Highly recommended! 👍
