All utility bills are included in the management fee. However, if you overuse the included items, additional management fees will be incurred.

I had a great experience using it.
The accommodation was really clean and cozy. The interior was pretty and very comfortable to stay in. The bus stop was about a 2-minute walk away, and the subway station was about a 15-minute walk, making it convenient to get around. There were several convenience stores nearby, and the supermarket and pharmacy were also close, making it a good place to live. I was also grateful that the host was very kind and warm. I recommend it to anyone who wants to stay comfortably in Seoul!
