This is a new apartment with 800 units. There is a large landscaped area within the apartment complex, and the nearby Hyangdongcheon Stream is great for walks and exercise. The forest right next door provides fresh air. We provide a clean space that has been fully sterilized and disinfected. - Moving-in registration is not possible. - Please refrain from excessive noise as it may cause complaints. - Compensation for damages will be incurred in case of property damage or contamination. - As this is not a lodging establishment, you must handle cleaning, laundry, and waste separation and disposal yourself. Supplies are not provided in unlimited quantities. 💜 We are hosts who value mutual understanding. We always prioritize cleanliness to ensure our guests have a comfortable stay.
All utility bills are included in the management fee. 1. In case of excessive use, additional charges may be applied upon check-out. 2. Additional charges may be incurred if garbage and food waste are not disposed of upon check-out, or if the space is messy. 3. Internet is installed.
