This is a newly built apartment complex with 800 units. It features spacious landscaped grounds and the adjacent Hyangdong Stream, making it ideal for walks and exercise. The air is fresh thanks to the nearby forest. We provide a clean space prepared through thorough sterilization and disinfection. - Resident registration is not permitted. - Please refrain from excessive noise as it may lead to complaints. - Compensation costs will apply for any damage to property or contamination. - As this is not a lodging establishment, you must handle cleaning, laundry, and waste sorting yourself; amenities are not provided indefinitely. 💜 I am a host who values mutual warmth. I always prepare with cleanliness as my guiding principle to ensure a comfortable stay for my guests.
All utilities are included in the management fee. 1. Additional charges may be applied upon vacating for excessive usage. 2. Additional charges may apply if trash and food waste are not disposed of properly upon vacating, or if the space is messy. 3. Internet is installed.
The accommodation was spacious and comfortable enough for a family of four. I stayed here while visiting Korea from abroad; I was particularly pleased with the easy access to Seoul and the quiet, relaxed atmosphere of the neighborhood. With amenities like convenience stores, restaurants, and cafes nearby, everything was very convenient. The place was well-maintained and clean, allowing my whole family to have a comfortable stay. Thanks to this experience, I’m leaving with wonderful memories. I would definitely love to stay here again if the opportunity arises.
