- 5-8 minutes from Seoul National University Station and Bongcheon Station. - 3 minutes from the bus stop, allowing access to all areas of Seoul, including Yeouido and Jongno. - Please inquire in advance if you require parking.
- Move-in is conducted remotely. - Once the contract is confirmed, we will send you a message with move-in and usage guidelines. - Smoking indoors and bringing pets are prohibited. Violations will result in immediate eviction. - This is a studio-style room with a rate based on single occupancy. The maximum occupancy is 2 people, and an additional fee of 10,000 KRW per night applies for extra guests.
