This is a clean, recently remodeled single room. It's in a modern, newly built building in a stable and quiet neighborhood. Although it's a semi-basement, it's pleasant. Cheongjangsan Mountain is nearby, so the air is clean. Sangwolgok Station is a 2-minute walk away, so the transportation infrastructure is excellent. The back gate of Korea National University of Arts is a 3-minute walk away, and KIST, Korea University, Dongduk Women's University, and Kwangwoon University are also nearby. It's a healing spot in the city center.
Sangwolgok Station on Line 6 is a 2-minute walk away, making it a prime location. It's a 30-minute drive to Apgujeong.
Check-in is contactless. Check-in is at 2 PM and check-out is at 11 AM. This is a non-smoking building. Pets are not allowed. A professional cleaning service fee of 400,000 won will be charged. We will provide detailed instructions and the passcode the day before your check-in. This is a space for everyone. Please be considerate.
