I had a good stay.
I had a great stay for a month in a very clean and comfortable room. Everything I needed was provided, and although it wasn't soundproof, the neighbors were all quiet. The host also responded quickly to my inquiries. :)
Overall, it was clean and the duplex structure made it feel spacious. The appliances and kitchenware were also in good condition. The price was affordable and it was excellent. Great, perfect.
