- By car, it takes about 9 minutes from Ulsan KTX (4.1km) (estimated taxi fare: 5,600 won) - By public transportation, take bus 513, 343, or 13 from Ulsan KTX Exit 1, get off at Ulsan Industrial High School, and walk 224m (total time including bus and walking: approximately 21-25 minutes) - From Seoul-Ulsan IC on the expressway, it takes about 2 minutes (1.6km)

- No move-in registration, no pets, no smoking! - CCTV on the exterior of the building - As this is a residential property, please keep noise levels down before 9 PM. - Electric blankets are provided from October to March. (The accommodation itself is well-insulated and heated, so it will warm up quickly.) - Excessive use of the boiler, air conditioner, etc., may result in additional management fees. - Please note that charges may apply for damage to property or prolonged soiling of bedding. - For any urgent inquiries during your stay, please feel free to call us anytime, 24 hours a day. - The security access code and Wi-Fi password will be sent via text message one day before your check-in. - For toiletries and towels, please inquire separately or refer to the guide. (No disposable items) - If you have an electric car, it's very convenient to charge it at Ulsan Industrial High School, which is right in front of the building. There are 1 fast charger and 2 regular chargers. We will send you a photo when you inquire about charging hours. * Important * - Before checking out, please be sure to take a photo of the boiler power, air conditioner cord, electric blanket cord, and lights all turned off. - When checking out, please dispose of general waste in the designated pay-as-you-throw bags and recyclables in the black bags at the designated garbage disposal area outside the building. It was clean and comfortable—I felt right at home. I came to Ulsan for work for about two weeks and tried this kind of accommodation for the first time; it was excellent. You can tell the host put a lot of thought and care into everything. As a homemaker myself, I have one small suggestion: it would be great if you could stock up on a few more dishes from Daiso. Haha. I had a comfortable stay and really enjoyed the place.
