A cozy, private space with a retro interior near Gangnam Station. It can be used comfortably for business trips, practical training, experiencing life in Gangnam, etc. Bedding and towels, ample storage space, bed, TV, Wi-Fi, refrigerator, washing machine, microwave, simple tableware, hanger, laundry drying rack, vacuum cleaner, and hair dryer are provided. Trash bags (1 for food waste, 1 for 20L) are also provided.
10 minutes on foot from Gangnam Station 15 minutes on foot from Yeoksam Station and Yangjae Station 5 minutes on foot from the bus stop (There are many types of buses.) Parking is 3,000 won per hour Paid parking is available if you inform the management office of your room number and request it.
Check-in is contactless. Check-in is from 4 PM Check-out is until 11 AM. Pets are not allowed. Smoking is not allowed indoors. (A special cleaning fee of 400,000 KRW will be charged for violations.)
Enjoy the Gangnam lifestyle comfortably and easily. It is quiet and safe in the evening as it is adjacent to an elementary school. Convenience stores and various restaurants are within a 1-minute walk.
Management fees are not charged separately. However, if you overuse the included items, additional management fees may be requested.
The place was quite spacious, and the host was kind, which was great.
Above all, the facilities are clean, and the surrounding area is wonderful. If the opportunity arises, I will definitely stay here again.
