This is a short-term rental unit, not a lodging establishment! Toilet paper, bottled water, shampoo, soap, towels, disposable items, consumables, and bedding are not provided. You need to prepare all personal items. All management fees are charged separately. Upon check-in, you must deposit an additional 50,000 won per week. Management fees include internet, TV fees, electricity, gas, water, and basic management fees. If the weekly amount exceeds 50,000 won, the additional amount will be settled separately upon check-out. The cleaning fee is set to 0 won.
