The queen-size beds were recently replaced with new ones. You can use the dishes and household items comfortably. It has 2 rooms, a living room, and a bathroom. The plumbing in the bathroom and kitchen has been repaired, so the water flows well and drains properly.
It is a 5-minute walk from Kyungsung University and Pukyong National University Station.
Move-in is on the non-residential side. Smoking is allowed in the hallway, which is for the exclusive use of this floor.
It's a quiet residential area near the university station.
All utility bills are included in the management fee. If you overuse the included items, additional management fees may be requested. Water, electricity, internet, gas, etc.
