π Best value for money in the country!! π This is my own home, and I personally do my best to manage, clean, and do laundry as if I were treating my own guests, so please feel free to relax as if it were your own home. π You can enjoy Jaraseom, Kalbongsan, Rail Bike, Zip Wire, Bungee Jumping, and Nami Island all four seasons of the year, and Elysian Gangchon Ski Resort, Yongchu Valley, and a water park are right next door. π Those who want to play table tennis but can't give up sightseeing or relaxation are especially welcome.

π My wife and I, who manage the house ourselves, can't stand even a speck of dust, so the house is always in top condition. We would appreciate it if guests would treat it as their own home. ^^ π As this is a villa on the 2nd floor, please be mindful of noise and try to keep quiet after 9 PM to avoid disturbing the downstairs and next-door neighbors. π Check-in is after 2 PM, and check-out is before 11 AM. If you need an early check-in or late check-out, we will do our best to accommodate you if circumstances permit. π Table tennis enthusiasts are very welcome! At Gapyeong Gymnasium, which has the best table tennis facilities in the country (14 tables, see attached photos), you can enjoy table tennis for free with people of your skill level from Monday to Saturday, all morning (8:30 AM to 12:30 PM) during your stay. π My wife and I also started playing table tennis three years ago. I am the general secretary of the Gapyeong Table Tennis Club at Gapyeong Gymnasium and consider myself a table tennis enthusiast. I will make sure that table tennis players can easily enjoy the game.
- All utility bills (Gapyeong Gymnasium usage fee, electricity, water, gas, internet, etc.) are included in the management fee. - We would appreciate it if you would use the facilities comfortably and in accordance with common sense.
The house is clean and spacious. I had a comfortable and pleasant stay.
It was as clean and well-organized as any resort. The interior design was wonderful, and I could feel the thoughtful consideration in every part of the house. I had a great stay. ^^
