Located in Cheongdam-dong, one of Korea's most prestigious neighborhoods, this south-facing studio apartment is situated just off Dosan-daero near Cheongdam Intersection. It is a 12-minute walk to Cheongdam Station (Line 7), and there are nearby bus stops with routes to Samseong Station, Gangnam Station, Jamsil, Songpa, and Konkuk University. Apgujeong Rodeo is a 15-minute walk away; the area offers numerous restaurants, and a convenience store is just a 2-minute walk from the property.
It is within walking distance of Cheongdam Station (Line 7) and close to bus stops, offering convenient access to public transportation as well as the Olympic-daero and Gangbyeonbuk-ro expressways for those driving.
Check-in is from 3:00 PM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM. Please adhere to these times; pets are not allowed. We would appreciate it if you could periodically open the windows in the bathroom and rooms to ventilate the space for the next guest. Upon check-out, please separate and dispose of general waste and food waste outside the building; for any other large waste items, please report them to the designated Gangnam-gu service provider for disposal. At check-out, we will inspect the room and calculate the electricity and gas usage based on meter readings, as well as the water fee (charged at 1,000 KRW per week); please transfer the total amount to the host separately.
You only need to pay for what you have used. All utility and management fees will be billed separately upon check-out.
