This is the largest room with a sofa among the nearby officetels. It's a pleasant, clean, and stylish room. It's a fully furnished room with a bed and TV, so you can come and stay comfortably without any inconvenience. It is located on the 2nd floor, with a hospital and pharmacy, and on the 1st floor, there is a convenience store, restaurant, and other eateries. Nearby restaurants within walking distance! Matjandle, Mokgumeong, Makhoe, JJUMAC, and Cafe Leaf are located nearby.
There is a BRT line right in front, so you can take a bus not only to Sejong but also to Osong Station and Daejeon.

I urgently needed a short-term rental near the hospital for my internship, and I was thoroughly satisfied with my stay! I’m writing this review to highly recommend this place to students coming to Sejong for internships or professionals visiting for short-term business trips. Although it was only a two-week stay, I felt as comfortable and at ease as if I were in my own home. Thanks to this great accommodation, I was able to successfully complete my internship. If I ever need a short-term place to stay in Sejong again, I would choose this place without hesitation. Thank you for providing such a clean and pleasant place to stay!
