Situated in an area featuring a vibrant dining and commercial district; the building houses a hospital and pharmacy on the second floor, with a convenience store and various restaurants on the first floor. Popular local eateries—such as Matchandeul, Mokgumeong, Makhoe, JJUMAC, and Cafe Leaf—are all within walking distance.
With a BRT line right in front, you can take buses to Osong Station and Daejeon, in addition to Sejong.
Excessive use of included items may result in a request for additional management fees.

It's great! The landlord is kind, and the facilities are clean and nice. The surrounding amenities are excellent, too!
It was spacious and pleasant. The host was incredibly kind and wonderful! It was great having essentials like toilet paper provided, but it would have been nice to have just one of each type of trash bag (food waste and general waste) available. Having to buy them only in packs felt a bit burdensome.
