This home is a recently renovated traditional Jeju stone house; while it retains the unique charm of the island with its stone walls and fences, the interior features a modern, simple layout—including a kitchen, bathroom, living area, and separate bedroom—offering practical comfort. It is fully equipped with amenities such as a TV and internet access, as well as essentials like a rice cooker, pots, dishes, and cutlery. You can also admire the variety of flowers blooming in the yard, allowing you to fully immerse yourself in the natural beauty of Jeju during your stay.
The Ipjeondong bus stop is a 4-minute walk away, and buses heading to Jeju City can be boarded at a stop located a 6-minute walk away. — An electric bicycle is provided at the accommodation, allowing you to conveniently visit the nearby town center (10 minutes away) to access the library, town office, restaurants, cafes, and Hallim Port (the seaside). — You can park your car at the entrance of the alley and simply walk past one house to reach the property.
The move-in process is contactless, and I will send you the door lock code on the day of move-in.
Sorak is a space designed for you to live comfortably for a month, just like at home. It comes fully equipped with a washer/dryer, refrigerator, water purifier, TV, microwave, air fryer, rice cooker, kitchenware (cutlery, dishes, etc.), and two sets of bedding. Please note that personal hygiene items such as towels, shampoo, soap, and toilet paper are not provided; you should bring your own or easily purchase them at places like Daiso or Hanaro Mart in Aewol on your way from the airport. Upon checkout, utility costs (electricity, water, etc.) will be deducted from the rental deposit. During your stay, you are responsible for general maintenance, washing bedding, and cleaning using the provided washer/dryer, vacuum cleaner, and other tools. Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors. Use of the outdoor table and fire pit is limited to 9 PM to ensure neighbors can sleep and rest undisturbed. The rate includes Wi-Fi, electricity, water, and heating costs (kerosene). Please note that the utility fee increases during the heating season due to the high cost of heating fuel in Jeju. Weekly rate: 50,000 KRW (Dec–Feb); 40,000 KRW (Oct, Nov, Mar, Apr).
It's a cozy and clean place. However, it's a shame that convenience stores and restaurants are too far away. The host is kind and considerate.
I'm ready to welcome guests with the heart of a traveler.
