Very conveniently located, with direct access to the officetel from inside the subway station. One note: the stairs leading up to the bedroom are quite steep, especially for older people like me. This might not be an issue for younger adults.

I stayed here for a week on a short-term rental, and it was incredibly convenient because the place was fully stocked with almost everything I needed—so I didn't have to pack a lot of extra items. Even though it was a short stay, the host was kind and very attentive, which I really appreciated. With plenty of places to eat nearby and the station close by for easy transport, I had a completely hassle-free stay. The place was also spotless and smelled great, making for a truly pleasant experience :)

Due to home renovations, my family and I had to stay in a studio apartment for a month. Contrary to my initial worries, we had a wonderfully comfortable stay! Here is a review highlighting the advantages I experienced firsthand during that month. Prime Location & Foodie Paradise The building is directly connected to the subway station in the basement, making commuting incredibly convenient! Plus, there are so many delicious restaurants nearby, making it easy to find great meals throughout the month. Daily Recycling & Waste Disposal There is a dedicated area on the first floor where you can dispose of recyclables at any time. Being able to get rid of trash daily—preventing it from piling up and keeping the place tidy—was a surprisingly huge advantage. Quiet and Cozy Interior With almost no external noise or noise from neighbors, the interior was incredibly quiet and cozy. It made relaxing and living there completely comfortable. Convenient Loft Layout & Exceptional Storage The loft structure made it convenient for a family of three to share the space effectively. There was an abundance of storage—plenty of drawers and closets—so we had room to spare even after unpacking all the belongings and supplies we brought for our month-long stay. New, Plush Sofa & Clean Bathroom The newly replaced sofa was very comfortable, making our time in the living area relaxing. The bathroom was also well-maintained and spotless, ensuring a pleasant stay. Prompt Feedback & Friendly Service Whenever we had a minor issue or question, the response was immediate, allowing us to stay comfortably without any hassle. We felt right at home during our comfortable one-month stay. It was such a satisfying month that I’d want to recommend it to others!
