(Please let us know in advance if you need the folding mattress) *There is a large supermarket in the basement of Cheonsa-ui Dosi 1st (within the building). *It is equipped with various amenities such as 2001 Outlet, Starbucks, Olive Young, Daiso, and various restaurants. *There is a community center right in front. *General waste/food waste/recycling can be separated in front of the security office in the first-floor parking lot. *There are many restaurants in Cheonsa-ui Dosi 1st.^^
All utility bills are included in the management fee. If you overuse the included items, you may be asked to pay an additional management fee.
