This is a quiet, cozy apartment near Mukho Port in Donghae. We have prepared this space with care, waiting for those weary from the busyness of life. It is a fifth-floor walk-up, so please take your time coming up. Just like in life, rushing up the stairs will leave you breathless. You will find more antique touches here than brand-new items.

This is a contactless rental. Check-in instructions will be sent via text or message on the day of your arrival. The space is optimized for two people but can accommodate up to four. Due to noise concerns and the nature of the property, groups of five or more are not permitted. As this is a short-term rental, no cleaning fee is charged. Therefore, guests are expected to handle the cleaning themselves upon check-in and check-out. In most cases, the space will be well-maintained and clean.
If you are sensitive about bedding, you may want to bring your own for greater comfort. Smoking and pets are not permitted. Standard check-in is after 2:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM. If you have special circumstances, please contact us in advance, and we will do our best to accommodate you. There are many beaches nearby (Hanseom, Mangsang, Eodal) You can also take a ferry to Ulleungdo from Mukho Port. There is also an international port with routes to Russia. There are many great spots to visit, such as the trendy Dojjaebi-gil, Mukho Lighthouse, Haerang Observatory (great for ocean views), and the Sky Bicycle. A bicycle is available for use. If you would like to use it, please send us a message, and we will provide the passcode. All utility costs are included in the maintenance fee. Please note that we may contact you if there is excessive usage of the included utilities. Due to high gas costs, the maintenance fee will be adjusted from 70,000 KRW to 100,000 KRW for the period between November and February. Regarding cleaning, we will not charge a separate fee; we simply ask that you leave the place as clean as possible for the next tenant when you move out.

The sea and the living area are both close by, so I stayed there every day while looking at the sea 💙🌊 It's an old apartment, so it's a bit worn out, but this is the only place that's this reasonable for a short-term stay. I'm leaving after recharging my energy and having a good stay. 🤗🍀
