- Check-in is at 3 PM, and check-out is at 11 AM. - This space is comfortable for two people. - Once the reservation is confirmed, we will provide instructions on how to check in. - Smoking and pets are not allowed indoors.
- Cleanliness is our top priority. The owner cleans the property themselves. - It is cleaned thoroughly and ready for immediate use upon check-in. - Do not put wet wipes or food in the toilet, as this will cause it to clog. The tenant may be charged for damages in the event of toilet repair, damage to property, or contamination.
All utility bills are included in the management fee. If you overuse the included items, you may be asked to pay an additional management fee.
