This is a spacious studio apartment with excellent value for money, including all management fees.^^ It has a queen-size bed. A Samsung Smart TV with Moving Style is installed. A refrigerator, microwave, rice cooker, kettle, tableware, hanger, and drying rack are provided. Just bring yourself and move in!^^
There is a bus stop 3 minutes away from the house. Chuncheon Station is 5 minutes away (within 2.5km).
This is a room in the back of the Chammi Dakgalbi building, and it's a contactless check-in. Check-in time is 3 PM, and check-out time is 10 AM. Pets are not allowed, and smoking is prohibited indoors. Once you apply for check-in, we will set the door lock password and share it with you. Please feel free to contact us anytime for any requests or inconveniences.
Bedding is not included. If needed, it can be added for an additional fee of 30,000 KRW. We would appreciate it if you could maintain the same condition as when you checked in upon check-out. Additional charges may apply if utility costs are excessively high. You may be asked to compensate for any damaged items.
All utility bills are included in the management fee. The management fee is based on a single person. Please contact us if you add more people. If you overuse the included items, additional management fees may be requested.

This is my second time using this place. I think it's the best value for money in Chuncheon. The neighborhood is quiet, the location is good, and the facilities are nice. I had a comfortable stay.
