It's a clean and quiet house. I had a comfortable stay. Thank you.
**Bathroom & Water Pressure** The water pressure in both the sink and the shower is generally very good. However, I think it would be more pleasant if you replaced the shower filter before using it. The toilet flush pressure isn't very strong, so it may clog if you use too much toilet paper or depending on the situation, but a plunger is provided. **Room Condition & Bed** The room is generally well-maintained and tidy. The bed is quite large for a single occupant, which was great for space utilization. However, it was a bit disappointing that it creaked whenever I moved. **Cleanliness** The overall cleanliness upon move-in was not bad. There were some areas with accumulated dust, but it was easily resolved with a quick wipe-down. **Hot Water & Living Amenities** Hot water was consistent and reliable, so I had no issues using it. Since the unit is fully furnished, daily life was very convenient, and it felt like staying in an extended-stay hotel. It was particularly practical to have household items that hotels usually lack, such as a drying rack. **Location & Other Advantages** Since the building isn't a high-rise, the short wait times for the elevator actually felt like an advantage. Additionally, the soundproofing is good, and there is no noise from neighbors above or below. If you open the windows at night for ventilation, outside noise does come in immediately, but this seems to be expected. **Management & Communication** Above all, the landlord's response time is very fast. This was the biggest factor in building trust and seems to have been a key reason for choosing this accommodation.
I had a comfortable and pleasant stay.
