Internet, water, food waste disposal, electricity, and city gas are provided as standard services. However, if trash is left in the room, a separate waste disposal fee will be charged in addition to the cleaning fee (10,000 KRW per 20-liter bag equivalent). All utility charges are included in the management fee.
