There are bathrooms and sinks on the 3rd and 4th floors, and the 4th floor has its own heating and cooling system. There is an electronic piano room, a large beam projector, a large sofa that can seat more than 8 people, a living room, etc. It has a classic concept, each room has a different theme, and hotel-style bedding is set up. It is cleaned and managed by a professional company. Located in the center of the main food village in Songchon-dong, Daedeok-gu, you can experience a pension in the city.
There is a public parking lot right in front of the building, which is convenient. In addition, you can park one vehicle in the building's parking lot. This place is right next to Dongchun-dang History Park, so it is a main downtown area with many buses and vehicles.
Check-in is contactless, and smoking is strictly prohibited indoors. Pets are not allowed.
This place is 5 minutes away from Daejeon IC. Dongchundang History Park is right next door, a 5-minute walk away, so you can take a walk. It is a commercial and residential building located in the commercial district, with a karaoke room in the basement and a restaurant on the first floor. In addition, Songchon-dong is a hot spot with plenty of restaurants, entertainment, and food in the surrounding commercial area, so you can experience an urban pension where you won't get bored. It is a large house-type pension that uses the entire 3rd and 4th floors, with a rooftop, the latest heating and cooling system installed on the 4th floor, and a unique overall design concept, making it not only a fun and comfortable living space but also a perfect party space.

Overall, I was very satisfied with the accommodation during my seven-week stay. The house was spacious and featured a split-level layout, making it comfortable for my family; there was plenty of room for us, including three children. It was close to a restaurant district, offering easy access to various dining options, and a nearby supermarket made grocery shopping convenient. With plenty of things to do in the area, I had a comfortable and enjoyable long-term stay. I was initially concerned about potential noise late at night, but it turned out to be quieter than expected. One downside, however, was the excessive number of small knick-knacks and decorative items. During a long-term stay, the living space felt a bit cluttered; a simpler, more streamlined setup would have been preferable, especially for families with children. Aside from that, I was pleased with both the location and the living space, and I would recommend this place to anyone planning a long-term stay.
