The location offers easy walking access to numerous local restaurants serving authentic Jeolla-do cuisine and is close to the Cheomdan and Cheomdan 2 districts, Bonchon Industrial Complex, and Hope Hospital.
The bus stop is a 2-minute walk away, the Buk-Gwangju IC is 10 minutes away, and the Cheomdan 2 District and Cheomdan District are 5 to 10 minutes away.
Check-in is contactless. Check-in is at 3 PM and check-out is at 11 AM (flexible). Once the booking is confirmed, we will send you a message with move-in and usage instructions.
1 The ground-floor parking entrance is equipped with a keypad lock and CCTV for your safety. 2 Convenient parking is available in the spacious, covered (piloti-style) parking area. 3 The Cheomdan and Cheomdan 2 districts are nearby, and the Yeongsan River is close by, making it a great spot for walks. 4 Famous restaurants, cafes, and bars are nearby, and there is a convenience store right next door; the location is quiet as it is in a residential area. 5 A restaurant famous for *odolppyeo* (spicy stir-fried cartilage), highly praised by the famous YouTuber Pungja, is located nearby. 6 Please refrain from hosting parties or making loud noises late at night out of consideration for the neighbors. 7 Please separate your waste (recycling, food waste, etc.); bins for separated waste and food waste are provided on the ground floor. 8 Indoor smoking and pets are not allowed, and please avoid cooking foods with strong odors. 9 Additional charges may apply if any property is damaged or soiled. 10 Please bring your own toiletries for personal preference and hygiene reasons. 11 Please wash and tidy up any tableware you use.
Water and internet charges are included. Items not covered by the management fee will be settled and billed upon move-out. Additional management fees may be charged in cases of excessive use of included services.
First of all, the host was incredibly kind, and the quiet surroundings made for a pleasant stay. Parking was convenient, too, so I didn't have to worry about it at all. I’ll definitely be back.
