All utility charges are included in the management fee. Additional management fees may be charged in the event of excessive usage.
The place was tidy, and the air felt fresh as soon as I walked in, which made me feel good.
I had a great week-long stay. The accommodation was clean, and I appreciated the quick responses. One slight downside is that, since it’s a rooftop unit, carrying a lot of luggage up and down the stairs is a bit of a struggle. Also, while the bathroom was clean, it was a bit dated. Aside from that, it was a good place to stay.
