The management fee includes all utility bills such as electricity, water, gas, and internet. 💡 However, if excessive use beyond the normal range is confirmed, additional management fees may be charged. The included management fee is based on 2 people. - If the number of people increases, it is 50,000 won per person per week, and 80,000 won per pet per week (this is a benefit provided as a service because a special cleaning fee of 330,000 won is incurred for pets. Special cleaning by a professional will be carried out after check-out for pets to keep the place clean.) It is negotiable for long-term contracts. *Short-term rentals are not accommodation businesses, so bedding and disposable items are not provided. It's a quiet apartment and the location is very good. The mattress was especially comfortable, and the interior of the house was clean. I had a few questions, and I was grateful for the host's quick response. I had a good stay without any major inconveniences.
