◆ Precautions - No smoking indoors, no pets allowed (a cleaning fee of 200,000 KRW will be charged if discovered) - Located in a quiet residential area, please be mindful of noise (if continuous complaints are received due to excessive noise, you may be asked to leave) - As a basic cleaning fee is charged, you must leave the property in the same clean and tidy condition as when you checked in. (We ask for your understanding as the cleaning fee has been set at 200,000 KRW due to previous guests who were excessively messy) If there is significant damage or the property is not in the same condition as when you checked in upon your departure, an additional cleaning fee will be charged.
All utility bills are included in the management fee. However, if the gas, water, and electricity bills exceed 100,000 won per week, you may be charged an additional fee.
