The management fee includes all utility bills such as electricity, water, gas, and internet. 💡 However, if excessive use beyond the normal range is confirmed, additional management fees may be charged. The included management fee is based on 2 people. - If the number of people increases, it is 50,000 won per person per week, and 80,000 won per pet per week (this is a benefit provided as a service because a special cleaning fee of 330,000 won is incurred for pets. Special cleaning by a professional will be carried out after check-out for pets to keep the place clean.) It is negotiable for long-term contracts. *Short-term rentals are not accommodation businesses, so bedding and disposable items are not provided. (Inquiries about paid rentals from other companies are possible)
I stayed here for about three months, and the location is incredibly convenient. It has the feel of a quiet residential neighborhood, yet it offers easy access to the subway, making my commute hassle-free; plus, there are plenty of great restaurants and cafes nearby, making daily life very enjoyable. The interior looks exactly like the photos, and I really appreciated the high-quality mattress. The place was well-maintained, allowing for a comfortable stay. I highly recommend it.
