Additional fees apply for extra guests or pets (subject to discussion).
The management fee covers all utilities, including electricity, water, gas, and internet. 💡 However, additional fees may be charged if excessive usage exceeding standard limits is detected. The included management fee is based on 2 occupants. - Additional charges: 50,000 KRW per person/week; 80,000 KRW per pet/week. (Specialized professional cleaning is performed after check-out for pet-friendly stays to ensure cleanliness; the 330,000 KRW cost for this service is covered by us as a benefit.) Rates are negotiable for long-term contracts. *As this is a short-term rental rather than a hotel/lodging business, bedding and disposable amenities are not provided. (Please inquire about paid rental options from third-party providers.)

This was my first time renting a property on a short-term basis, and I found it to be a fantastic option. The security deposit was low, the rental process was straightforward, and I really appreciated the landlord's quick responses to my inquiries.
