This is a south-facing apartment offering excellent natural light and an unobstructed high-rise view. 🌿 It is fully equipped with premium amenities, including an organic bed for a restful sleep, a movable smart TV, a sofa bed, dining and work tables, a vanity, an air purifier, and a bidet. The layout features a bathroom with a bathtub and a separate balcony, ensuring comfort even for long-term stays. 🛁✨ The interior is spacious enough for two people but can comfortably accommodate a family of 3–4. 👨👩👧👦 It is an ideal home for both short- and long-term stays, whether for business trips, remote work, or medical visits. 💼💻🏥 Upon booking, we will provide separate information regarding local transportation and nearby amenities.

Within walking distance: movie theater, traditional market, E-Mart, Daiso, restaurant district, cafes, 24-hour mart (walkable/delivery available), 24-hour udon & jajangmyeon shop (great value), 24-hour restaurants, Seorae Village, KFC, Lotteria, Famille Station, Shinsegae Department Store (Gangnam), Banpo Hangang Park, Sadang Homeplus, Gangnam St. Mary's Hospital, etc. Enjoy the prime location of Bangbae-dong during your stay! ^^ Please be considerate of your neighbors to avoid complaints caused by loud noises or disturbances that could affect those living nearby. ^^ It is a quiet apartment complex. 👉 Please ensure proper disposal of food waste, general trash, and recyclables. Additional fees apply for extra guests or pets (subject to discussion).
The management fee covers all utilities, including electricity, water, gas, and internet. 💡 However, additional fees may be charged if excessive usage exceeding standard limits is detected. The included management fee is based on 2 occupants. - Additional charges: 50,000 KRW per person/week; 80,000 KRW per pet/week. (Specialized professional cleaning is performed after check-out for pet-friendly stays to ensure cleanliness; the 330,000 KRW cost for this service is covered by us as a benefit.) Rates are negotiable for long-term contracts. *As this is a short-term rental rather than a hotel/lodging business, bedding and disposable amenities are not provided. (Please inquire about paid rental options from third-party providers.)

This was my first time renting a property on a short-term basis, and I found it to be a fantastic option. The security deposit was low, the rental process was straightforward, and I really appreciated the landlord's quick responses to my inquiries.
