- 6-minute walk from Seoul National University Station (Line 2) - 20-minute walk from Soongsil University Station (Line 7) - Direct buses to Sadang Station, Sillim Station, Chung-Ang University, Seoul National University, Yongsan Station, Seoul Station, Jongno, etc. are available 3 minutes from the house - Easy commute to Gangnam Station (13 minutes by subway) and Hongik University Station (25 minutes by subway)
- Check-in will be conducted non-face-to-face. - We will send you a message once your check-in is confirmed.
- The landlord lives on the 4th floor, so any issues can be resolved immediately. - Across the street is the central market, and a large supermarket is a 2-minute walk away. - It's a quiet residential area (as there are residents in studio apartments, any noise disturbances will result in immediate eviction without a refund). - Compensation for damages will be required for any damage or contamination to the property. - Smoking indoors is prohibited and will result in a 100,000 KRW fine and immediate eviction. Pets are not allowed. - Recycling is mandatory (recycling bin is in front of the main gate). - Please return items to their original places upon check-out. (Items can be discussed if needed). I am a landlord in my 50s who strives to provide the most comfortable rest possible. Please bring your own personal hygiene items. Check-in is after 3 PM, and check-out is at 11 AM.
Electricity and water bills are not included in the management fee. (We will check the meter reading when you check out and send you the receipt via KakaoTalk.) Water and internet are included in the management fee.
