All utility charges are included in the management fee. (Gas, electricity, internet, etc.) However, if the included services are used excessively, an additional management fee may be charged.

The location was good.
I stayed here for a month while my place was being renovated. They responded quickly to my inquiries and even came in person to handle repairs. However, it was a bit disappointing that, despite having a washer and dryer, the machines were old, so I had to use the "Laundry 24" facility in the building next door. Overall, I am satisfied.

Regarding the laundry and dryer, the issue wasn't due to the machine being old; rather, the unit has a smaller capacity, so it works best when drying smaller loads at a time. I apologize for not explaining this clearly beforehand, which led to you having to use the external Laundry 24 service.
