In case of violation of the above special conditions, the contract may be terminated without refund of the usage fee, the deposit will not be returned, and if damages occur due to the violation of the special conditions, compensation for damages will be claimed from the tenant.

I had a comfortable one-month stay. It was great being just a 1-minute walk from Samjeon Station and 10 minutes from Jamsilsaenae, with Saemaul Market nearby offering plenty of food options.
