It is a 5-minute drive to Hwaseo Station. Local and regular bus stops are located right to the left and right—just a 3–4 minute walk away—making it convenient to get anywhere.

Located right by Jeongja Market, the area is packed with delicious and affordable eats—from 3,000-won pork cutlets to dumplings, sushi, noodle shops, *kalguksu* (knife-cut noodles), *bungeoppang* (fish-shaped pastries), fish cakes, and side dish shops—so you’ll never go hungry. This is my favorite thing about living here. A home I look forward to returning to after work~♡ Nearby landmarks and facilities include the World Heritage site Hwaseong Haenggung, Sungkyunkwan University, Dongnam Health University, fire and police stations, major banks (KB Kookmin, Nonghyup, Credit Union, Hana), Suwon Medical Center, the market, Starfield shopping mall, Manseok Park, Suwon Sports Complex, and more.

Our family of four had a wonderful time making great memories here. By the way, the trash in the laundry room was already there when we arrived; we sorted our own waste and used the "Oneul Sugeo" (Same-Day Collection) service to dispose of it.
