This room was recently remodeled.^^ It is fully furnished with a bed, sofa, TV, refrigerator, washing machine, and air conditioner. You can cook in the kitchen. The bathroom floor is heated with city gas, so it can be used warmly even in winter. It can only be used by 1-2 people. ^^ Check-in is at 3 PM and check-out is at 11 AM.
The filming location of Christmas in August is a 1-minute walk away. Hanilok, a famous restaurant for mung bean soup, is right in front, and Gunsan's pride, Lee Sung Dang (bakery) and Gunsan Modern History Museum, are a 5-minute walk away. When you come to Gunsan, visit Eunpa Lake Park and Wolmyeong Park. Go to Gyeongam-dong Railroad Village and make good memories. ^^ You can use all of them within 10 to 15 minutes by car. Check-in is contactless. Once the contract is confirmed, we will send you a message with check-in and usage instructions. Moving-in registration, indoor smoking, and pets are not allowed.
If the item is damaged or contaminated, a compensation fee will be charged. It has been cleaned and is ready for immediate use.
All utility bills are included in the management fee. If you overuse the included items, you may be asked to pay an additional management fee.
The location is good and there are many things to see. Parking is available, but it's inconvenient to have to look for a spot. The refrigerator wasn't cleaned, so I had to wipe it myself. More attention to detail is needed. Since a cleaning fee is charged separately, it should be clean upon check-in.
