📍 This room is available following a recent renovation. 🪴 The bed and mattress were replaced with new ones in 2025, ensuring a clean and excellent condition. 🧤 After a guest checks out, all bedding is washed, hot-air dried, and replaced with fresh sets. 📍 We use goose-down duvets and regularly maintain the mattresses and duvets with fresh covers.

My son stayed here for a little over two months for his studies. Being a basement unit, it was dark and difficult to ventilate, but the dehumidifier helped make it manageable. As a suggestion, since laundry is usually done at a laundromat anyway, it might be better to have an air purifier instead of a washing machine. Thank you for kindly answering all my questions. I wish you continued success.
The host was so, so kind, and the room was in top condition! There was absolutely no mold or bugs, and there was no smell. The location was also good. I was so satisfied that I even extended my stay and had a great time! You don't need to think twice about this room! 🥰🥰🥰🥰
