- This is a cost-effective room with a clean, white-toned remodeling. - 5-minute walk from Ansan Central Station / 1-minute walk from the Central Station commercial area - Nearby commercial areas include convenience stores, restaurants, banks, hospitals, Lotte Department Store, etc. - The loft layout allows for flexible use of space, and the loft is much larger. - Smart TV and internet are installed, and free Wi-Fi is available. - The building is a bit old, so if you want something perfectly new or are sensitive to such things, please pass~~^^

- Check-in is contactless, maximum 2 people - Check-in 15:00, check-out 11:00 ♡ Under the rental law, disposable items and bedding cannot be provided. You must bring your own towels and personal items. (Sterilized and laundered bedding can be rented for an additional 20,000 won.) - When checking out, please turn off the heating/cooling and electricity, and sort recyclables and dispose of trash. - No smoking or pets allowed indoors.

I had a comfortable stay overall, but the foreigners in the room next door (Room 603) were incredibly noisy late at night—past 10 PM—making loud thumping sounds while chopping ingredients and talking loudly in a foreign language. Also, cigarette smoke kept drifting in constantly; I couldn't even tell exactly which room it was coming from, but it was driving me crazy—it was bad enough that I was exposed to secondhand smoke even after blocking the bathroom drain with a trash can.
