- It is a 5-minute walk from Cheonho Station and Gangdong Station. - Airport bus 6200 is less than a minute away. - There are pharmacies, Starbucks, convenience stores, and Rodeo restaurants within a 1-minute walk, making it convenient for daily life. - Seoul Miz Hospital, Seoul Hyundai Nursing Hospital, Gangdong Woori Nursing Hospital, Gangdong Sacred Heart Hospital, plastic surgery clinics, and various other hospitals are nearby.
-Pets are not allowed. -This building is a non-smoking area in all indoor spaces. (A cleaning fee of 150,000-200,000 KRW will be charged if smoking is confirmed.) -Bedding is washed and provided each time. -A portable smart TV (Netflix, YouTube, and other paid OTT services available) and Wi-Fi are provided. -The password for the common entrance and door will be provided on the day of check-in.
✔️ Check-in is contactless. Check-in time is after 2 PM and check-out time is 11 AM. (Please contact us as we will do our best to accommodate your check-in and check-out times!) ✔️ All utility bills are included in the management fee. (Additional charges may apply for excessive use.) ✔️ Cooking utensils, tableware, and basic seasonings are provided. ✔️ Only towels, a hairdryer, and laundry detergent are provided. As this is not a hotel, other amenities are not provided, so please bring your own. Thank you :) ✔️ Mechanical parking is available within the officetel. All utility bills are included in the management fee. If you overuse the included items, additional management fees may be requested.
The host was kind and very helpful whenever I needed anything, so I had a comfortable stay. I mentioned seeing some mold in the air conditioner, and I appreciated that it was cleaned the very next day. I really enjoyed my stay.
