The unit is fully equipped with essentials, including IKEA bedding and a dinnerware set. 💕 Fully furnished with a 40-inch LED TV, SKT BTV, high-speed WiFi, a wall-mounted air conditioner, and a Samsung top-load washing machine—just bring your personal belongings and move right in. Basic household supplies like laundry detergent and fabric softener are also provided. 💕 Detailed photos are provided so you can accurately see the actual condition of the room. 📌 House Rules ✦ Please use the building's designated recycling area for waste disposal; general waste and food waste must be disposed of in official city-issued garbage bags. ✦ Smoking is strictly prohibited throughout the building. Violators will be evicted immediately and charged for restoration costs. ✦ Pets are not allowed. ✦ Children are not permitted.
